• Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Proven ability to generate opportunities and hit sales targets.
• Organised, resilient and proactive with CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to generate new business.
• Research target companies and engage decision-makers.
• Identify recruitment needs and pitch services.
• Secure a minimum of two new vacancies per day.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; follow up leads.
• Achieve sales targets and coordinate with recruiters.
