Job summary

Aspiring Recruitment is seeking a Desk Based Account Manager in Hamilton to generate new recruitment business via high-volume outbound calls. You will identify target companies and decision-makers, build a robust sales pipeline and develop profitable relationships with hiring managers.

You will work closely with recruiters to fill vacancies, manage your diary and CRM, and consistently meet sales and revenue targets in a competitive, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales background across telecoms/technical sales, media, recruitment or B2B sales.
• Experience in solutions-based selling and strong negotiation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Confident making high volumes of outbound calls.
• Organised, resilient, competitive and money-motivated.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new recruitment business through high-volume outbound calling.
• Identify target businesses, decision-makers and new opportunities.
• Build and manage a strong, structured sales pipeline.
• Secure a minimum of 2 new vacancies per day.
• Develop profitable relationships with hiring managers.
• Convert prospects into active recruitment clients.
• Work closely with recruiters to fill vacancies.
• Manage your diary, call plans, CRM and business development activity.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
