Are you a dynamic and experienced Design Manager with a passion for industrial construction?
I am working with a leading national main contractor, with an impressive turnover of £500m, specializing in delivering large-scale residential and industrial projects up to £200m. Due to continued growth and a new project win, they are looking for a skilled Design Manager to join their team and lead the design for a brand-new, £50m industrial scheme in Birmingham.
As the Design Manager, you will be responsible for the full design management of this significant industrial development. Your key responsibilities will include:
