About the Role

This is a unique chance to work within a highly skilled design department where your ideas won't just stay on screen, you'll see them come to life. Our facility is one of the few in the UK where designers can follow the full product journey from raw material to finished article.

You will play an essential part in refining, developing and innovating our current and future product range, helping to ensure our solutions continue to lead the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the design team to produce high-quality engineering drawings that meet current standards and support future product development.
• Enhancing and refining our existing machinery range all manufactured onsite.
• Supporting the development and introduction of future product lines.
• Championing continuous improvement, ensuring designs meet quality expectations and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Working closely with the manufacturing team and external suppliers to ensure components meet the optimal specification.

About You

• Experienced in using 3D CAD software—ideally Autodesk Inventor, Radan or BySoft (training will be provided).
• Knowledgeable in product manufacturing processes, with particular experience in sheet metal fabrication being highly advantageous.
• Enthusiastic, confident, and an effective team player with strong communication skills.
