Job summary

B&M Retail in Pallion, Sunderland, is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead the store in the Store Manager's absence and drive outstanding customer service. This hands-on leadership role requires you to own the shop floor, coach a busy team, and push sales and standards across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will partner with the Store Manager to develop people, improve KPIs, and maintain a great discount retailer experience for customers.

• Experience leading a retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues to deliver high standards.
• Strong customer service focus and pride in delivering a great shopping experience.

Join B&M as a Deputy Store Manager in our Pallion store and play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and keeping our store running at its best! This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence. As a leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential.
