B&M Retail in Coventry is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Cathedral Lanes store. You will support the Store Manager, take ownership of the shop floor and step in when needed to lead the store while ensuring high standards and great customer experience.

Join B&M as a Deputy Store Manager in our Cathedral Lanes store in Coventry, and play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and keeping our store running at its best! This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence. As a leader of your store, flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays will be essential. What you'll be doing
