Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Skelton store. You will support the Store Manager, own the shop floor, and step in when the Store Manager is absent, leading by example to deliver excellent customer service and store standards.

You will coach and develop your team, drive performance across KPIs, and contribute to a fast-paced retail environment where flexibility across days and bank holidays is essential.
