Job summary

B&M Stores is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Evesham store. In this hands-on leadership role, you will support the Store Manager, take ownership on the shop floor, and step in when needed to keep the store running at its best.

You will lead a team, coach colleagues, and drive KPIs while delivering a great customer experience. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential to help the store perform and grow.
