B&M Retail is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for the New Cross Gate store to drive sales, uphold standards and lead a high-performing team on the shop floor. In this hands-on leadership role you will support the Store Manager, own daily operations, coach colleagues, and step in during absences while flexing across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
