Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for the Bristolgate store to drive performance and lead a high-performing team. You’ll support the Store Manager, own the shop floor and step in when needed, with flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You’ll coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintain high standards and actively seek improvements in KPIs. This is a hands-on leadership role with real progression.
