Job summary

B&M Retail in Skelton is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, oversee day-to-day shop floor operations, and lead the team to deliver strong store performance.

This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, a commitment to customer service, and a focus on coaching colleagues to achieve high standards. You’ll help drive sales and KPIs while developing people.

• Experience managing a fast-paced retail or high turnover environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Hands-on attitude with willingness to lead across store operations.
• Willingness to cover days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Join B&M as a Deputy Store Manager in our Skelton store and play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and keeping our store running at its best!
