Job summary

B&M Retail in Skelton is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead by example on the shop floor and support the Store Manager to drive sales, standards and customer service.

You will work flexibly across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays, coaching a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results and a great customer experience. This hands-on leadership role offers clear progression toward Store Manager as the business grows.
