Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our New Cross Gate store. This hands-on leadership role supports the Store Manager, takes ownership of the shop floor and steps up to lead in their absence.

Join B&M as a Deputy Store Manager in our New Cross Gate store and play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and keeping our store running at its best! This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and step up to lead the store in their absence.
