• Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and your customers
• Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Company Values
• Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area and monitor KPIs
• Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and handling all customer queries
• Comply with Health and Safety laws, standards and guidelines
