Deputy Nurse Manager

Salary: £44,500

40 Hours per week

This Deputy Nurse Manager position offers the chance to lead a dedicated care team, support older adults with complex needs, and contribute to the continued success of a purpose-built, homely service that specialises in nursing and dementia care.

As Deputy Nurse Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth running of the service. You’ll play a key role in leading the clinical team, maintaining high standards of care, and supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort, and purpose.

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse qualification (NMC Pin required).
  • Previous experience as a Clinical Lead Nurse, Deputy Manager, or similar senior nursing role within a nursing home setting.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent clinical, leadership, and communication skills.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
