What You’ll Need

What You’ll Do
  • Provide day‑to‑day clinical leadership, ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care.
  • Support the Registered Manager with governance, compliance and development.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams to deliver exceptional, safe practice.
  • Oversee clinical standards, safeguarding, medication management, and care planning.
  • Work supernumerary while also completing one clinical shift per week to stay hands‑on.
  • Coordinate with families, professionals, and internal teams.
