A children’s residential care provider in Loughborough is seeking a Deputy Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality care for children with learning disabilities. This role involves leading a dedicated team of Support Workers, building relationships with families, and ensuring compliance with safeguarding protocols. As a Deputy Manager, you will assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the children’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of Support Workers, working closely with children and their families to support their emotional, social, and developmental needs.
