A home with heart
As Deputy Manager Registered Nurse with Leonard Cheshire, you will support the Service Manager in running Seven Rivers, a residential home with nursing support in Colchester for up to 29 adults with disabilities.
You’ll help the home run smoothly, make sure residents get high-quality, person-centred care, and lead a team of nurses and care staff with confidence and care.

Your working hours
This is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, including the expectation of covering nursing shifts as required.
