Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting young people with social, emotional or behavioural needs.
• At least 1 year’s experience leading shifts.
• Full UK manual driving licence.

• Ensure high-quality, individualised care for young people.
• Lead and supervise staff, including supervisions and appraisals.
