Overview

Deputy Manager - Early Years - White City - Full-Time

TLTP are currently working in partnership with a nurturing and ambitious early years setting in White City to appoint an experienced and committed Deputy Manager - Early Years. This is a full-time role (37 hours per week) offering a competitive salary of A£38,000-A£44,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on curriculum delivery in line with EYFS
  • Act as SEND Coordinator, supporting children with additional needs and leading inclusive practice
  • Supervise and support staff, working closely with families and external professionals
  • Full responsibility for planning, assessment, and continuous curriculum development
Requirements
  • Level 4+ Early Years qualification required, with at least 3 years\' leadership experience
About the Role

As the Deputy Manager, you will lead the delivery of the Early Years curriculum, ensuring learning is engaging, creative, and rooted in the EYFS. You will act as SEND Coordinator, supporting children with additional needs, shaping inclusive practice, and providing guidance to staff. You will also be responsible for staff supervision, planning, assessment, and contributing to the wider nursery life.
