A leading care provider is seeking a Deputy Manager to assist in supporting the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality care services. Key responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring compliance with care standards, and maintaining effective communication among team members. Candidates should have supervisory experience, strong English skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to various situations. This role offers a salary range of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum with a focus on staff welfare and service user needs.
Deputy Manager
Location: Whetstone, London, N20, but you may be required to work from other locations at the discretion of the company and with appropriate notice.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
Working Hours: 5 days over a 7-day period, as agreed with the manager.
To positively support the Registered Manager in providing leadership to theitores, care, catering, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance functions of the service.
To deputise for the function of the Registered Manager during their absence, while, at all times, supporting the decisions made by the Registered Manager.
To maintain skills at a current level and undertake such training and development as may from time‑to‑time be required to maintain that currency of practice.
To manage the serviceVU in accordance with standards agreed with the Registered Manager, the Registered Provider, legislative requirements, relevant regulations and in line with accepted best practice, and within the financial plans agreed from time‑to‑time with the Registered Provider.
