Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience within a Childrens Residential ideally EBD or Mental Health.
• Understanding of policies and legislations such as the 9 Standards SCIFF Reg 40 Reg 45.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the home in the absence of the Registered Manager.
• Support Residential Support Workers and Team Leaders.
• Ensure the home maintains its high standard of care.
