Job Description

A permanent Deputy Home Manager post has become available in a luxury nursing home in Sudbury that specialises in elderly care.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Manager in planning and implementing the highest quality of nursing care to the home’s frail elderly residents, some of whom may suffer from dementia.
  • Manage and motivate a team of nurses and carers and help ensure the smooth running of the home.
  • Maintain good communication and a passion for providing outstanding care.
  • Uphold the home’s reputation as a recognised centre of excellence.
  • Liaise with other healthcare professionals and members of the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Administrative duties as required.
Skills / Qualifications Required
  • Qualified nurse – RGN or RMN – and registered with the NMC
