A leading care provider in Harrogate is seeking a Deputy Home Manager responsible for ensuring high standards of resident care and mentoring staff. As a Deputy Home Manager, you’ll ensure the level of care we offer goes beyond professional standards and regulatory requirements. You’ll take responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager’s absence and supervise/coaching colleagues to provide a service with empathy for resident issues.
HC-One is looking for a Deputy Home Manager with knowledge of National Standards and a background in person-led care planning within a care home. Beyond that, it’s all about your positive energy and ability to get along with people. You’ll be a great mentor who can manage time effectively and keep meaningful records.
