Role Overview

Beckfoot Oakbank is seeking to appoint a Deputy Headteacher for Personal Development, Attendance and DSL to join our Senior Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a critical area of our improvement journey following the promotion of the current postholder to Headship. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture and ethos of our school, ensuring that every child can enjoy, learn and succeed.

The right candidate will be passionate about driving excellence in personal development, safeguarding and attendance. This is a senior role with significant whole school impact, offering the chance to influence strategy and model outstanding leadership.
