About the Role

You’ll report directly to the Head of Finance and lead a high‑performing team across FP&A, financial control, and transactional finance. You’ll drive transformation, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insightful commercial analysis to senior stakeholders. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll influence decision‑making and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop finance teams across FP&A, financial control, and transactional finance
• Design and innovate financial analytics, KPIs, and forecasting processes
• Oversee financial control and reporting across EMEA
• Drive operational efficiencies and finance transformation initiatives
• Partner with senior leadership to provide deep financial insights and commercial analysis
• Own annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Support audit and annual accounts production

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Accountant (7+ years post‑qualified)
• Strong FP&A experience (5+ years)
• Proven track record leading finance functions in professional services
• Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex financial data
• High analytical capability and commercial acumen
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development
