Job description
Corporate & Group Accounting
  • Maintain accurate and compliant financial records across Tritech Holdings and its subsidiary companies using modern accounting systems
  • Prepare, review, and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Collect financial data from sister concerns and prepare group-level reports in required formats
  • Set up accounting systems for new or existing subsidiaries where required
Management Reporting & Analysis
  • Understand management's financial and operational requirements and provide timely reports accordingly
  • Develop structured MIS, dashboards, and reporting systems for management decision-making
  • Analyze company and subsidiary profitability and advise management on strategies to improve margins and reduce losses
  • Provide periodic financial insights, projections, forecasts, and business overviews
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure full compliance with Income Tax, VAT, Customs, RJSC, and other applicable government regulations
  • Support statutory and external audits and assist in tax return preparation
  • Maintain proper documentation, controls, and internal compliance frameworks
Banking & Strategic Finance
  • Manage relationships with banks for day-to-day transactions, fund management, LC/loan facilities, and credit limits
  • Track interest, charges, and financial obligations, including short-term and term loans
  • Participate in strategic financial and banking planning and implement approved plans
Operations, Systems & Automation
  • Ability to convert manual accounting and reporting processes into automated, system-driven workflows
  • Supervise inventory accounting and ERP-based MIS reporting
  • Distribute accounting tasks among team members, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion
  • Arrange training programs for finance and accounts staff to enhance skills and reporting quality
Leadership & Coordination
  • Lead, guide, and develop finance teams across group companies
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Ensure accuracy, accountability, and transparency across all financial activities
