Qualifications

  • Previous Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Manager experience required.
  • Previous people management experience is essential.
  • Experience in managing budgets and profit and loss analysis is needed.
  • Desirable to have experience with Health & Safety matters.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the housekeeping department per brand guidelines.
  • Engage, train, and lead the housekeeping team.
  • Ensure high customer care and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct quality inspections and develop housekeeping procedures.
  • Manage payroll, orders, and records of linen usage.
