Deputy General Manager (RN)- Care Home

Location: Warminster, Wiltshire, BA12 9PB

Hours: 40 hours per week (Including one day on shift)

Pay: up to £52,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager and lead the home in their absence
  • Oversee care standards through audits, clinical supervision, and compliance checks
  • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident wellbeing and quality of life
Essential Criteria
