Job Title: Deputy Domiciliary Manager

About The Role

Hours of Work:37.5 hours per week

Mon-Friday with flexibility as this could change depending on the needs of the service

Salary:£28000 per annum.

Minimum of 1 in 4 on call this is paid additional to salary

Job Type:Permanent, Full-time

Location:Gofal Angle care is a growing domiciliary care business. We currently cover the Conwy and Denbighshire County; however, this role will involve working in all regions we expand in to as you will be the deputy manager for the company as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Registered Manager in the day-to-day operations of the organisation.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care services in line with CIW regulations.
  • Supervise and support our dedicated team of caregivers, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Oversee care plans and ensure they are tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, their families, and social care / healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of care staff.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and growth of our services.

Essential Requirement/ Qualifications:

  • Previous experience minimum 2 years in a similar role within a registered care setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent understanding of CIW standards regulations.
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) is essential and willing to work towards leadership and management qualification (level 5)
  • UK diving license
  • Strong admin skills (particularly adept at using Microsoft Office Suite)
