This pivotal role supports the Commercial Lead in driving strategic growth and operational excellence. You will play a key part in shaping commercial strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring compliance across all activities.

Responsibilities
  • Support commercial strategy and execution
  • Lead framework submissions and pricing strategy
  • Provide leadership and coaching to commercial teams, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure compliance and competitive positioning
What we’re looking for:
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in commercial leadership within the UK healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Experience in NHS frameworks and pricing models
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards and governance requirements in healthcare.
