Responsibilities

• Support the Depot Manager in the efficient running of the depot and traffic management operations.
• Conduct regular site visits, audits and depot walk-throughs to ensure compliance with health & safety.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Monitor operational efficiency, including labour, equipment use and overall depot performance.
