  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post‑operative care instructions.
  • Support the dental team in administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling and billing.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Participate in continuing education and training as required.
  • Assist with the management of dental materials and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service.
