• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes within assigned kitchen sections, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Follow the guidance and instructions of the Chef de Partie to support the efficient operation of the section.
• Comply with all food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and adhere to the club's food policies.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience working as a Demi Chef de Partie in a similar establishment.
• Genuinely passionate about cooking, with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Experience and desire to cook different styles of cuisine.
• Basic food hygiene skills.
