We are looking for a talented Demi Chef de Partie to bring flair and passion to our Great Gallery restaurant — one of the finest dining spaces in London.

Responsibilities :

• Adaptable and willing to work across all sections of the kitchen as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes within assigned kitchen sections, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Follow the guidance and instructions of the Chef de Partie to support the efficient operation of the section.
• Comply with all food hygiene, health and safety regulations, and adhere to the club’s food policies.

• Demonstrable experience working as a Demi Chef de Partie in a similar establishment
