• Monitor forecast performance using KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy and Bias.
• Lead or support S&OP review meetings.
• Identify risks and opportunities impacting demand and communicate insights.
• Support inventory optimisation and service level targets.
• Prepare reports and ad hoc analyses for management.

In the role you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving demand forecasts to support supply planning, inventory management, and business decision-making. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate forecasts aligned with business objectives.

• Develop and maintain statistical and collaborative demand forecasts at SKU, product family, or customer level
• Analyse historical sales data, market trends, promotions, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy

• Monitor forecast performance using KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy (FA) and Bias
• Lead or support S&OP review meetings

• Prepare reports and ad hoc analyses for management
