Job summary

FedEx in Exeter is hiring an Operations Support Agent to join a fast-paced team. You'll handle customer calls regarding collection requests and delivery queries, sort and allocate deliveries, and input data into our tracking system.

Working hours are 40 per week, Monday to Friday 05:00-13:30 with a 30 minute break. Full training will be provided along with a competitive salary and benefits package, plus clear career progression in a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Answering incoming calls from customers in relation to collection requests and delivery queries.
• Sorting and allocating premium and distance deliveries.
• Inputting data into our tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Following FedEx processes, procedures and controls. Adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Providing support to supervisor, office/warehouse team and drivers as required.
• Completing daily reports within time frames.
