Job summary

FedEx Express UK Transportation Limited is seeking an Operations Support Agent to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring orders and deliveries are managed efficiently. The role involves handling customer inquiries by phone, coordinating collections and deliveries, and updating the tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from customers regarding collection requests and delivery queries.
• Sort and allocate premium and distance deliveries.
• Check and investigate failed deliveries/collections when needed.
• Prioritise and re-allocate failures for next-day delivery as required.
• Input data into tracking system.
• Maintain clear communication with team, managers and other depots.
• Follow FedEx processes, procedures and controls.
