Qualifications

• Strong delivery experience in Digital Transformation and/or Cloud migration.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and strong influencing communication skills.
• Experience in planning, tracking, reporting, and governance.
• Experience in financial management.
• Proactive risk management mindset.
• Able to take data led decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop sequence delivery plans and roadmaps in collaboration with Product Owners and Engineering Leads.
• Own the plan and manage e2e delivery with internal and external engineering teams.
• Manage intra-lab and inter-lab dependencies.
• Participate in sprint planning for feature teams.
• Report weekly within the lab for the functional area owned.
• Identify and manage technology, people, delivery risks.
• Work with globally split teams between India and UK.
• Manage finances within the functional area.
