Role Description

This is a full-time, remote-hybrid for a UK Delivery Lead. The Delivery Lead will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Key responsibilities include coordinating teams, managing progress, delivery outcomes, and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role will involve mitigating risks, tracking objectives, and building trusted partnerships with clients to enable successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product delivery and agile practices in an outcome driven way.
  • Strong understanding of delivery principles and knows how's to implement them.
  • Low ego consultantancy skills are a must.
  • Strong ability in team coordination, stakeholder management, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
  • Expertise in identifying project risks, dependency management, and problem-solving strategies.
  • Proficiency in fostering effective communication between technical and non-technical team members.
  • Adept at using data-driven decision-making methodologies and frameworks to optimize workflows.
  • A history of working with senior-level consultants and delivering high-quality solutions at pace.
  • Experience in digital consultancy, software delivery products, or a similar environment is a plus.
  • Comfortable with hands-on involvement and adaptable to the needs of a fast-paced, client-focused role.
