A leading training provider in the UK is looking for a Delivery Director to enhance operational excellence and lead strategic direction within its dental apprenticeship programs. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in leadership within a remote environment, have a strong understanding of apprenticeship frameworks, and a proven record of driving performance. As Delivery Director, you will own the entire learner journey across our portfolio of dental apprenticeship programmes—from first enrolment through to successful, timely completion. This is an exciting opportunity to influence Tempdent’s strategic direction, champion innovation, and shape a culture of high performance across our Operations, Funding & Compliance, Functional Skills and Additional Learning Support teams. You will inspire and empower colleagues, collaborate with senior leaders across the Knovia Group, and ensure that Tempdent remains a trusted, compliant, high‑quality provider recognised for excellence.
