A leading aerospace and defense company in the UK is seeking a Degree Supply Chain Management Apprentice. The successful candidate will be involved in various activities supporting manufacturing operations and will gain a BSc (Hons) in Supply Chain Management while undergoing hands-on training across several placements. Within the Production Planning and Control (PP&CI) function, you can expect to be involved in a wide range of activities supporting the manufacturing operations across several programmes. Working alongside PP&CI Professionals, some examples of the work you will undertake are managing the production order books, launching orders, analysing process routings, optimising processing times and implementing strategic projects and continuous improvement activities using the latest technologies.
The four‑year scheme offers eight different six‑month placements across the Production Planning & Control function where you will apply your learning within a hands‑on team environment.
BSc (Hons) Degree in Supply Chain Management.
The formal learning comprises: Warehousing & Transport Operations, Logistics Management, Financial Management, Purchasing Principles for Global Supply Chains, Supply Chain Analytics, Developing Management Capability, Developing Leadership Capability, Managing Projects and Performance, Technology & Innovation, and Strategic Supply Chain Management.

Please note you must not book any annual leave within the first 3 months of your apprenticeship. Following this, leave will be considered depending on the individual training delivery schedule and must be approved by your line manager.
