Job summary

VIVO Defence Ltd is seeking a hands-on Service Manager for RAF Digby, overseeing a broad programme of Planned and Reactive Maintenance plus small-value billable works. The role involves coordinating through Maximo CAFM, ensuring safety, compliance and delivery to the client’s expectations on a live Defence estate.

You will lead maintenance activities, manage on-site teams, and liaise with the Built Estate Manager to ensure contractual deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• Experienced maintenance/properties professional with knowledge of Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance.
• Delivery of smaller projects and billable works.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and supply chain partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service delivery for RAF Digby across Planned and Reactive Maintenance and Billable Works.
• Coordinate work through Maximo CAFM system, monitor progress and quality.
• Ensure safety, compliance and on-time delivery meeting contractual standards.
• Review maintenance activity and produce Rough Orders of Cost.
• Support asset management and environmental protection initiatives.
