Job summary

VIVO Defence Services in Warwickshire seeks an experienced Operations Manager to ensure timely delivery of maintenance and small billable works at Kineton and surrounding sites. You will supervise a team of contractors, ensure compliance and maintain records in the CAFM system.

The role requires strong IT skills, excellent communication, and the ability to plan, direct and control activities while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering small works projects, planning, directing and controlling activities.
• Strong IT skills and excellent communication.
• Experience managing contractors in a commercial environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely delivery of maintenance and response works.
• Manage a team of contractors on billable works.
• Record tasks in the CAFM system and ensure documentation is complete.
• Monitor supply chain service delivery, value for money, quality and safe working.
• Report progress to DIO and the Built Estate Manager; split time between office and site.
