Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an experienced hard FM maintenance manager for an on-site role at Azimghur Barracks. You will oversee reactive and programmed maintenance, drive KPI performance, and manage high-volume billable works while ensuring safety standards and contractual requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has a planned/reactive maintenance background, a relevant engineering qualification, and a UK driving licence with the ability to pass SC Clearance.

Qualifications

• Experienced hard FM maintenance manager with a planned/reactive maintenance background.
• Experience managing KPIs, reporting, and IOSH knowledge.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to pass SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery and assurance of reactive and programmed maintenance on site.
• Oversee billable works and ensure health & safety requirements are met.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet KPIs and First Time Fix standards.
• Identify energy-saving opportunities and ensure compliance (FGas, waste).
