Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a Serco-EQUANS joint venture, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to own service delivery across a designated area. You will oversee reactive repairs, planned maintenance, compliance activities and billable works, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

You will manage suppliers, monitor KPIs, coordinate multiple workstreams and maintain accurate records in CAFM systems such as Maximo, while building strong relationships with Defence Infrastructure

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or service delivery in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and compliance requirements.
• Experience with CAFM systems (Maximo) and data analysis.
• Relevant technical qualification in Building Services/Engineering/Facilities Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reactive maintenance and planned works.
• Ensure compliance and safety across the estate.
• Manage supply chain partners and contractors.
• Review service performance and KPIs, escalating risks.
• Maintain documentation and RAMS prior to works.
