Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the safe, compliant delivery of maintenance services at RAF Leeming. You will coordinate with supply chain partners and site teams to ensure timely, quality work while maintaining health, safety and environmental standards.

You will oversee risk assessments, safe systems of work, and documentation in CAFM systems, supporting end users and Defence Infrastructure Organisation stakeholders.

Qualifications

• HNC (or equivalent) in building, civil, electrical or mechanical discipline.
• SMSTS or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office and CAFM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant and effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day service delivery with supply chain partners and site teams.
• Oversee safe systems of work and review Risk Assessments/Method Statements.
