Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is seeking an experienced Service Manager to own service delivery across a designated area, acting as the key contact between VIVO, DIO, Heads of Establishment and site stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant and efficient facilities management.

You will oversee reactive repairs, planned maintenance, statutory compliance and Billable Works, manage supply chain partners, ensure RAMS and permits, and maintain accurate CAFM records

Qualifications

• Experience managing facilities management, maintenance or operational service delivery within a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance, customer service and contractor management.
• Experience in reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, project management, statutory compliance and Billable Works delivery.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements, RAMS, permits and relevant legislation including asbestos, legionella and fire safety management.
• Experience with CAFM systems such as Maximo.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reactive repairs, planned maintenance and Billable Works to agreed standards and budgets.
• Lead service performance, monitor KPIs and manage risks and opportunities.
• Manage Supply Chain partners and contractors, ensuring safe, efficient delivery and contract compliance.
• Maintain accurate records through CAFM systems and ensure proper documentation, RAMS and permits.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams, customers and stakeholders to improve service delivery.
