Job summary

VIVO Defence Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead safe, compliant delivery of maintenance across the contract at Imphal Barracks, North Yorkshire. You will coordinate site teams, manage operatives with the right equipment and authorisations, and ensure documentation is completed accurately in the CAFM system.

Qualifications

• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance environments.
• HNC or equivalent in building, civil, electrical or mechanical discipline.
• SMSTS or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office and CAFM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe, compliant delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day service delivery with supply chain partners and site teams.
• Oversee safe systems of work, review risk assessments and ensure accurate documentation in CAFM.
• Manage small billable works, provide technical advice to stakeholders and support estate operations.
