Job summary

VIVO Defence Ltd in Exmouth is seeking an experienced Service Manager to own service delivery across a designated area, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient facilities management for the estate.

You will oversee reactive repairs, planned maintenance and Billable Works, managing suppliers and internal teams to meet targets, budgets and customer expectations while prioritising safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management and service delivery within complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of compliance, health and safety, and contractor management.
• Excellent customer focus and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with CAFM systems such as Maximo is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reactive repairs and planned maintenance to meet safety and performance standards.
• Manage supply chain partners and ensure works comply with RAMS and CDM requirements.
• Monitor KPIs, review reports, and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records in CAFM systems and coordinate site operations.
